International Association of Coaching Certified CoachBob Tschannen-Moran is President of LifeTrek Coaching International, CEO & Co-Founder of the Center for School Transformation, a faculty member with the Wellcoaches Coach Training School, and the 2010 President of the International Association of Coaching.

Since founding LifeTrek in 1998, Bob has assisted many individuals and organizations to improve their performance in life and work using primarily strengths-based approaches. In addition to one-on-one life and leadership coaching, LifeTrek and the Center for School Transformation have facilitated training workshops and whole-system transformation initiatives within a wide variety of organizational settings, including schools, churches, and corporations.
 

As a prolific writer, Bob has co-authored Evocative Coaching: Transforming Schools One Conversation at a Time (2010), the ACSM / Lippincott Coaching Psychology Manual (2009) and is a chapter contributor to The Complete Handbook of Coaching (2010). The Center for School Transformation uses Evocative Coaching as its core textbook for coach training. Bob's weekly email newsletter, LifeTrek Provisions, goes out to almost 20,000 subscribers in 152 countries.

Bob received an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University, a Master of Divinity degree from Yale University, coach training from Coach U, CoachVille, Wellcoaches Coach Training School, and FastTrack Coaching Academy, appreciative inquiry training from the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Sciences, and communication training from the Center for Nonviolent Communication. He is certified by both the International Association of Coaching (IAC-CC) and Wellcoaches Corporation (CWC).

Before becoming a coach, Bob spent almost 20 years in senior leadership positions with the United Church of Christ in Chicago, IL and Columbus, OH. He is a former President of the ICF Greater Richmond chapter, an active Kiwanian, as well as an avid runner, gardener, and student of evolutionary well being. Megan Tschannen-MoranCollege of William & MaryMegan Tschannen-Moran is the Wakefield Distinguished Associate Professor in Educational Administration at the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA as well as Vice-President and Coach with LifeTrek Coaching International. Megan earned her B.S.E. from Northwestern University and her Master and Ph.D. degrees in educational administration from The Ohio State University. She has been a teacher, a school administrator, and an educational leadership coach.
Megan's research interests focus on the social psychology of schools, examining the quality of interpersonal relationships and how these impact the outcomes a school can achieve. In this regard, she has studied the constructs of trust, school climate, organizational citizenship, collaboration, and conflict. She has also explored the self-efficacy beliefs of teachers and principals as well as the collective beliefs of a school faculty that they have the capability to foster the learning of all the school’s students.

Her recent book Trust Matters: Leadership for Successful Schools (2004, Jossey-Bass) explores the experiences of three principals and the consequences of their successes and failures to build trust. She has published over 30 scholarly articles and book chapters. Erika JacksonThe Coaches Training InstituteErika Jackson received an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Otterbein College and a Master's Degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University. She has expertise in both individual and team performance improvement, having coached professionals at large public and private organizations on issues such as leader, team, and career development. Erika is also a consultant, instructional designer, group facilitator, and conflict mediator. She has completed The Coaches Training Institute's Advanced Co-Active Coaching courses and is a member of the International Coach Federation, CoachVille, the International Society for Performance Improvement, the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio and the National Association for the Education of Young Children. In addition, Erika administers the Myers Briggs Type Inventory for the exploration of personality preferences.

As a licensed “Corporate and Executive Wellcoach”, Erika focuses on the power of creativity. Christina Lombardo RayThe Coaches Training InstituteChristina Lombardo Ray, PCC, CPCC, received her undergraduate and Master degrees in Education from The Ohio State University, specializing in the areas of Performance Improvement, Adult Education, and Organizational Development. Christina's coaching specialties include working with leaders, teams, new moms/parents, people in career or family transition, and those who want to create fulfillment in their life. In addition to her work as a coach, Christina is an Organizational Development consultant. Based in Columbus, Ohio, Christina's experience includes individual development, organization and process redesign, retention, change management, team building, associate relations and instructional design.

Professional Certified Coach, International Coach FederationChristina, who loves to work with people on building resilience, is certified by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and by The Coaches Training Institute as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). Kate KriynovichCoach for LifeKate Kriynovich received her undergraduate degree in Corporate Finance from Iowa State University and a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Kate has seventeen years of management experience, including retail banking, credit acquisition, human relations, career development, training, and organizational development. Kate administers the DISC Inventory as well as the Myers Briggs Type Inventory for both organizations and individuals. Based in Columbus, Ohio, Kate is a member of the International Coach Federation and CoachVille and has completed the Coach for Life, Master's Coaching Program.
